There will be various hobby activities available - car restoration, greenhouse gardening, fishing with a boat supplied, golf, power walking, spanish and cookery lessons. All the activities and medical care are included in the cost of the community charge (the only extra being a charge towards diesel for the fishing boat if used).
Two types of purchase are on offer - Lifetime Lease or Full Ownership.
It is possible to start with a Lifetime Lease and at a later date change to Full Ownership.

LIFETIME FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. What happens if I wish to move out or I die?
A. We will return the deposit to you or your next of kin, upon the entrance of a new resident.
Q. Can the monthly lease be increased?
A. Only by the cost of living, inflation, and never above 3 %
Q. What happens if I decide later to change my contract from lifetime lease to full ownership?
A. The amount to be paid to finalise the full purchase would be the original value, plus legal fees and taxes, less the already paid deposit and fee. I.E on a €65,000 apartment.
The resort takes a €9,750 returnable deposit and a €9,750 euros fee. You can carry on paying monthly lease for as long as you wish. However, if at a later date, you wish to turn the lease into a full ownership, then, you would pay €52,000.
Which works out as follows: €65,000 (value of property) + €6,500 (tax and legal costs) – €9,750 (deposit) – €9,750 (fee) = €52,000.

Q. What happens to the apartment if I die?
A. It will be passed on according to your will. If the new owner is under 50 years of age, we could lease, sell or rent the property for them .
